As a sales administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers’ vehicle orders and all associated administration. Ideally with previous experience of sales administration, you’ll be keen to learn, highly organised, and passionate about customer service.

7. Be a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner
8. Work closely with the sales team to process customers’ vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements
9. Complete pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
10. Provide administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise
11. Liaise between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date
12. Manage stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales
13. Provide appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management
14. Work across teams, engaging with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate, helping to provide a seamless service to customers

25. Good level of general education – at least GCSE Maths and English
26. IT and administrative skills
27. Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required
