Wills, Trusts & Probate Fee Earner
Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking an experienced Fee Earner, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Wills, Trust and Probate department.
We are a long-established Rotherham firm with a total team of around 50 employees. The firm has been undertaking private client work for a number of years.
This role will include; taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, taking Probate instructions and dealing with the full Administration of Estates. The role will also include dealing with enquiries with a view to increasing matter starts within the department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of handling a variety of Wills, Trust and Probate work in a professional, confidential and efficient way. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently although full support and supervision will be provided.
The candidate will report to the Head of Department and will work towards agreed financial targets.
Salary negotiable, dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time but part-time will also be considered.
