Housekeeping Manager – Mayfair, London with International Travel
Salary: £65,000
Are you a highly professional Housekeeping Manager looking to join a prestigious UHNW private household based in Mayfair, with international travel required several times per year?

This role calls for a meticulous and proactive individual who can lead and inspire a housekeeping team while ensuring flawless standards across multiple residences. Reporting directly to the Estate Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering a seamless, discreet, and consistently high level of service.
Working hours are structured across an 8-hour shift pattern (8:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00 / 11:00–19:00) within a 7-day operational rota. One weekend only required to work a month.

1. Household Standards & Operations
2. Team Leadership
3. Organisation & Planning
4. Travel & Multi-Residence Coordination
5. Laundry & Wardrobe Oversight
6. Health & Safety
7. Collaboration with Estate Manager and wider household team
Ideally suit:
8. Experienced Housekeeping Manager or Head Housekeeper from a UHNW private household or luxury hospitality background.
9. A discreet, service-driven approach with strong leadership and team management skills
10. Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail
11. Confidence in scheduling, planning, and prioritising workloads
12. Clear and professional communication at management level
13. Flexibility to work weekends and travel internationally when required
14. In-depth knowledge of luxury materials and specialist cleaning techniques
