With a full-service offering and a reputation built on exceptional client service and approachability, the firm has developed a loyal and strong client base across the region.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an additional Private Client Lawyer on either a full time or part basis to manage a varied caseload, including:
* Wills
* Trusts
* Probate and administration of estates, including post-death inheritance tax planning
* Lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work
* Disputed wills and estates
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
* Ideally 1–4 years’ relevant experience (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
* Broad Private Client experience including estate planning and administration
* Strong commercial awareness
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
