What This is an office-based engineering role with regular interaction with the shop floor, focused on improving how parts are made, increasing consistency, supporting delivery, and ensuring components are checked and released for dispatch to the required standard in a demanding production environment. You’ll work closely with technical and production leadership, contributing to both day-to-day operations and the ongoing development of the business.
