The Howard Street Group has 2 locations in Belfast city centre, Howard Street Restaurant and Ora Tapas and Wine, located conveniently just around the corner form each other. Our original venture, Howard Street, willsoon be celebrating its 12 year anniversary, having established itself as one of the busiet and most respected restaurants in Belfast.
As part of our ongoing development, we are now hiring a Sous Chef for Howard Street.
The successful candidate should have minimum 2 years experience at senior level within a similar high end kitchen. Understanding of kitchen management a passion for cooking are key to the role. Ability to control and maintain the kitchen to the current high standards is essential.

A competitive salary and package is offered starting at £35,000 basic salary, with added bonus incentives and tip allocation, which when combined boosts the total annual renumeration by 6K to 8K. Salary increments and bonuses are dependant on performance, offering a great incentive for those who are passionate about furthering their career opportunities and prospects.
We currently close 5 set weeks of the year, 2 over Christmas, one at Easter and 2 weeks in July, making it convenient to plan holidays and personal time.
