Milk Education is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Enfield to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team focused on creating a positive and engaging learning environment for every child.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher who:
1. Delivers creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
2. Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
3. Demonstrates excellent classroom management
4. Creates a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere
5. Works collaboratively with year group partners and support staff
6. Is proactive, reflective, and committed to ongoing professional development

What You’ll Need
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
13. Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)
14. A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
15. Strong communication and organisational skills
16. A passion for helping children thrive academically and emotionally
