We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations while delivering excellent service and performance.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
* Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and stock control
* Ensure all operations are delivered in line with health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards
* Drive performance through effective planning, resource management, and colleague engagement
* Support continuous improvement initiatives using DHL Supply Chain principles
* Complete people management activities including performance reviews, absence management, and discipline where required
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Proven experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or distribution environment
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs, ideally within FMCG or retail supply chain
* Confident leadership style with the ability to engage, coach, and develop people
* Good working knowledge of health & safety and food safety requirements
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
