This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters – MK41 0LF
Job Includes
* Reconciliation of bank accounts on a daily basis
* Understanding of Sales Orders, Refunds
* Developing a detailed understanding of cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities and highlight areas requiring focus and branches and factories
* Regular visits and meetings with departments in HQ and UK sites
* Support preparation of month end accounts for Dunster House and Overseas Factories
* Providing insightful commentary and analysis on financial results and KPIs
* Developing a detailed understanding of cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities and highlight areas requiring focus
* Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis with all variances addressed in a timely manner
* Support with year-end process for Dunster House
* Preparation of quarterly VAT submission
* Hours of work are 40 hours Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30 with an hour lunch
Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths Grade B or equivalent
* Right to work in UK
* ACCA or AAT qualification/part qualified
