New Homes Sales Administrator

Location: On Site, Central Brighton

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am -5.30pm

The Role

Oakley Property is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our established New Homes Sales team based in Oakley's HQ in the heart of the City Centre. This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Administrator looking to further their career by joining the Property and New Homes sector.

Oakley Property has been established for over 30 years, as an independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors. Offering a comprehensive Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management service, in relation to Land Development, and both Commercial and Residential property, across Sussex.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

* The successful candidate will work closely with the New Homes Team with different streams of incoming work, but report directly to the New Homes Director.
* Provide administrative support for the New Homes department, and on occasion accommodate overflow work alongside the wider Administration team.
* Create and maintain sales and marketing brochures and property listings.
* Property file management to ensure Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR and DMCC compliance; in-house training on this will be provided.
* Prepare reports for clients in both written and Excel formats.
* Maintain existing data collection and CRM systems to ensure accuracy across the company's New Homes activities; have the confidence to suggest new processes to enhance productivity and streamline activity.

Required Experience

* Minimum of 1 year of administration experience is essential.
* The successful candidate will be well versed in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Excel, and be confident in using new software and CRM systems.
* The ability to work efficiently, with good organisational skills to multi-task and prioritise workload in a busy team environment.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, including strong written English with impeccable attention to detail for proof reading.
* Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself and take ownership of your own workload.
* Friendly, outgoing and personable character with a confident and professional manner.
