What you will be doing
as Programme Management Lead
1. Running the governance framework
2. Driving delivery of the roadmap and actioning any agreed change control to scope or timing
3. Assessing progress on the workstreams and reporting to stakeholders
4. Managing interdependencies and effective sequencing of the work
5. Owning the budget for the programme and managing costs and resource plans
6. Surfacing risks and issues and driving resolution on a timely basis
7. Being the central coordination point between F&C Transformation and the widerThames Water transfromation, ensuring the programme is integrated into the parallel change activities across the business
