The Campaign Executive is a highly execution-oriented role responsible for the hands-on delivery of marketing campaigns across retail (Protyre), wholesale (MTS), and tyre brands, including House (Sumitomo, Falken, Dunlop, GT) and Premium brands, supporting the Group’s annual revenue. The role acts as the operational engine of campaign execution, taking full ownership of the “doing” to free up Brand Managers in Tyre Branding and Retail to focus on strategy, campaign design, and high-level planning. The job holder applies strong project management skills to coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving results through agile execution and stakeholder management.
The job holder is accountable for end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve KPIs such as on-time delivery, campaign engagement increase, and sales uplift. They act as the central point of coordination between Brand Strategy, Channel Marketing, Creative, Digital, and external agencies, ensuring seamless implementation of approved campaign plans. The role requires robust project management discipline to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers, while maintaining compliance with ASA, GDPR, and brand guidelines.
About the Role & About you
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll take full ownership of delivering marketing campaigns end-to-end. From briefing agencies and coordinating assets to launching omnichannel campaigns and monitoring performance, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and in line with brand standards. You’ll free up our Brand Managers to focus on strategy, while you make things happen.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, in-store POS, social media, email, SMS, web, and print channels.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure on-time and cost-efficient campaign execution.
* Coordinate internal teams (Creative, Digital, Finance) and external agencies for seamless implementation.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise in-flight to maximise engagement and sales uplift.
* Ensure compliance with ASA, GDPR, and brand guidelines.
* Tailor national campaigns for local impact and support regional teams.
* Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis and process optimisation.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees – company wide. To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing.
