Responsibilities
* Scheduling & Coordination – Organising and optimising rotas to ensure the right carers are matched to clients’ needs
* Quality & Compliance – Maintaining our high standards of service and supporting self-employed carers
* Client Support – Acting as a trusted point of contact, addressing queries with empathy and professionalism
* On-Call Duties – Participating in the rota to provide reassurance and responsive support
Qualifications
* Experienced in customer service or client-facing roles (essential)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting people
* Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships
* Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Flexible to cover occasional weekends and on-call shifts
* A driver with access to a car (preferred due to limited public transport)
