Salary: £32,350–£34,350 per year (inclusive of sleep-in and complex care allowances)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About The Role
* Support children and young people (ages 8–17) living in a residential care setting.
* Work as part of a small, close-knit team providing daily guidance and emotional support.
* Help with everyday routines including school runs, medical appointments, and recreational activities.
* Teach and support life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care.
* Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and contribute to care planning.
* Work on a shift rota that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and overnight sleep-in shifts (additional pay provided).
Candidate Requirements
* Must be 22 years or older (due to legal requirements).
* Passion for working with children and young people, whether or not you have previous care experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK manual driving licence required.
* Willing to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* Right to work in the UK.
