We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Concierge / Valet to join our team at The Royal Bath Hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouths first hotel. Nestled in secluded grounds with breathtaking sea views, the hotel offers a prime location on the Bournemouth coast, within easy reach of the town centre and train station while enjoying picturesque surroundings.

Your duties will include:
Assisting with the smooth running of the busy reception desk with customer service at the forefront
Supporting the front office team and wider hotel departments
Assisting guests with luggage and general enquiries
Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely (valet duties)
Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with directions and local information
Supporting with guest check-ins and check-outs when required
Being involved operationally across the front of house department
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Confidence in driving guest vehicles is essential, and applicants must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes. Experience within a hotel front of house environment would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
