The Role
As a supply teacher, you will:
* Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that builds confidence in all pupils.
* Deliver lessons effectively, adapting to the school’s teaching style and curriculum needs.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and colleagues.
* Provide constructive feedback on students’ learning and effort.
* Support a child-led approach to learning, encouraging curiosity, independence, and creativity.
* Work across all primary school year groups, from Nursery to Year 6.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who:
* Are confident in supporting all primary age groups (Nursery to Year 6).
* Understand that children learn in different ways and can adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Are up to date with the current Welsh Curriculum.
* Are passionate about enhancing both the learning and emotional experiences of children.
* Have a strong commitment to developing their own skills and professional growth.
* Are flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supply teaching in a variety of school environments.

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
