Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Liverpool City Centre
A bespoke private practice in Liverpool city centre is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience assisting on transactions from start to finish, ideally with exposure to complex leasehold work. This position offers the chance to work closely within a small team, supporting one fee earner and an assistant, while also managing a small caseload independently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months' conveyancing experience
* Leasehold experience desirable
* Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
* Enthusiasm to grow and develop within a close-knit team
Key Duties:
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other parties to the transaction
* Preparing and reviewing search packs
* Drafting and reviewing preliminary freehold enquiries
* Handling exchange of contracts
* Preparing completion statements
* Submitting Land Registry applications
* Managing Land Registry requisitions
