About the Role
As an Executive Assistant – Rural Property, you will act as a trusted support to partners, taking ownership of diaries, emails, travel arrangements, billing, and administrative processes. You will ensure partners are prepared for meetings, deadlines are met, and operational efficiency is maximised.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage partners’ diaries, appointments, and meetings proactively, resolving conflicts and ensuring readiness.
* Draft and manage emails, escalate urgent matters, and respond on behalf of partners when needed.
* Coordinate billing processes, WIP management, and follow-up on unpaid bills.
* Organise events, seminars, and client-facing activities with Marketing & BD teams.
* Arrange complex travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, currency, and detailed itineraries.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
* Introduce best practices to improve team efficiency and partner effectiveness.
* Build strong relationships internally and externally to support the smooth operation of the team.
About You
The ideal Executive Assistant – Rural Property will have:
* Experience supporting senior partners or fee-earners in a professional services environment.
* Knowledge or experience in Rural Property and Private Wealth (desirable).
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate partner needs.
* Calm, professional, and diplomatic communication skills at all levels.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with administrative systems.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
