Are you a proactive and driven professional with a passion for commercial real estate? We’re looking for an Asset Manager to join our successful real estate platform, supporting a diverse portfolio across office, industrial, retail and residential sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside experienced sector specialists in a collaborative and inclusive environment.Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.What you’ll be doing:
1. Taking ownership of investment performance across a varied asset portfolio
2. Identifying and delivering value-add opportunities through research, modelling and due diligence
3. Building and managing relationships with occupiers, agents, and service delivery teams
4. Supporting high-value projects led by sector specialists
5. Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and re-lettings to optimise income
6. Enhancing sustainability credentials across the portfolio
7. Liaising with valuers, agents and solicitors to progress initiatives
8. Contributing to fund strategies, asset plans, reports and presentations
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Holding MRICS qualification with post-qualification experience in asset management or related areas
10. Demonstrating strong academic background and numerical aptitude
11. Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
12. Bringing experience or interest across retail, office and industrial sectors
13. Understanding valuation and appraisal techniques
14. Showing initiative, creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
15. Being organised, collaborative and able to prioritise effectively
16. Having solid IT skills, including valuation software and Excel
