Be the steady hand in the classroom when it’s needed most
We’re looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Cheltenham. This role is ideal if you enjoy working with young people, thrive on variety, and want flexible work that fits around your schedule.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll manage classrooms during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils stay engaged and on track. No teaching qualification is required, just enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to bring calm authority to the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
