Your new role
Bristol Magistrates’ Courts are now seeking a General Operative to join their on-site maintenance team. This is a hands-on role, supporting the smooth running of the building through general maintenance and repair tasks.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a General Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. General handy-person duties across the site
2. Repairing toilets, door handles, andpleting basic maintenance tasks
3. Carrying out light painting work as required
4. Jet washing and general site upkeep
5. Accuratelypleting associated paperwork
6. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
3 months temporary
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have:
7. Experience in a similar handy-person or maintenance role
8. Strong DIY skills and attention to detail
9. Goodmunication skills
10. Confidence working with subcontractors and the on-site team
