Responsibilities
* Develop Sourcing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract top talent, utilizing various candidate channels such as job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.
* Manage Candidate Channels: Oversee and maintain multiple candidate channels to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Prescreen Candidates: Evaluate and prescreen candidates to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and expectations, and present the best candidates for further consideration.
* Understand Client Business: Develop an understanding of the client’s business needs and goals to identify and secure the most suitable candidates for available opportunities.
* Execute Recruitment Plans: Implement and deliver recruitment plans and activities, ensuring timely and effective execution to meet client demands.
Required Education
* High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Education
* Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Exposure to Recruitment Planning: Experience working with recruitment plans and activities, including creating sourcing strategies and managing candidate channels.
* Understanding of Sourcing Strategies: Familiarity with designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and secure high‑quality candidates.
* Candidate Channel Management: Exposure to overseeing and maintaining multiple candidate channels, including job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.
* Candidate Evaluation: Experience working with candidate evaluation and prescreening processes to ensure candidates meet client requirements and expectations.
* Client Business Acumen: Understanding of the importance of developing knowledge of a client’s business needs and goals to identify and secure suitable candidates.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Exposure to designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing social media, professional networks, and other creative approaches.
* Recruitment Analytics: Familiarity with tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment plans and improve candidate quality.
* Talent Pipeline Development: Experience working with developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
