The Role
We are seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager with B2B digital marketing experience to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across global digital channels. This role is pivotal to delivering high-quality leads, enabling revenue growth, and delivering measurable ROI through innovative and data-driven advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
* Develop, execute, and manage B2B‑focused paid media strategies aligned to commercial and lead generation goals.
* Plan and allocate budgets effectively across channels to maximise ROI.
* Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and additional relevant platforms.
* Oversee programmatic, display, and retargeting campaigns.
Optimisation & Performance Management
* Monitor towards paid media KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) alongside B2B-specific KPI’s (CPL, CPD, CPW).
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies tailored to B2B buyer journeys.
Analytics & Reporting
* Use tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to track performance.
* Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Work
* Partner closely with the content, design, website, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
Industry Awareness & Compliance
* Stay informed on platform changes, digital best practices, and updates to privacy and advertising regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation across paid channels.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years hands‑on experience in paid media campaign management (B2B preferred)
* Strong track record of driving pipeline‑impacting lead generation
* Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
* Strong understanding of B2B funnels and the role of paid media in revenue growth
* Highly analytical with strong data interpretation skills
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot desirable)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities
Preferred Experience
* Managing global or multi‑language campaigns
* Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
* Google Ads or Meta certifications
