They offer a wide range of benefits including 10% pension, life insurance, sick pay and overtime.This varied role will see working on-site across a rolling shift pattern of days, evenings and nights, responsible for pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance. There is ongoing project work, continuous improvement plans, production and machinery line installations and the opportunity to do overtime and on-call weekends.
This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar with a manufacturing or heavy machinery background looking to work for a leading company in their field, who offer extensive training, opportunities to progress and a range of lucrative company benefits.The Role:
* Preplanned and Reactive Maintenance
* Continuous Improvement projects
* Production Line / Machinery Installations
* Shift Pattern (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM)
* 10% shift allowance, 1.5x / 2x overtime rates
The Person:
* Maintenance Engineer or similar
* Background in Manufacturing / Heavy Machinery Environment
* Commutable to Malvern
