Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
9. Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.
10. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
11. Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
12. Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist:
13. Outstanding Customer Service skills
14. Detail oriented, organised, and solid administration skills
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
