Learning and Development Senior Advisor x 2 Salary : £39,152 - £42,839 Contract: 1x Permanent and 1x 11 month maternity cover Interview : W/C 15th & 22nd June 2026 Your role: You will jointly lead GMCAs Entry Scheme Programme, supporting and shaping routes into public service including T-Levels, apprenticeships and our Management Trainee Programme. Working with colleagues across the organisation, youll ensure every participant gets a high-quality experience that helps them thrive from day one. Youll design, deliver and evaluate programmes, frameworks and policies that build capability and progressionusing insight, data and feedback to keep improving what we offer. You have previously designed, delivered and improved programmes, policies and frameworks, ideally including entry schemes such as apprenticeships, T-Levels or early careers pathways - using insight and feedback to keep raising the bar.
