Supporting the Taco Bell Ireland business, you will report directly to the UK&I Marketing Director and work in a flat, entrepreneurial environment that blends strategic and tactical execution across key national campaigns and brand activation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Own the marketing strategy that drives retail footfall and reinforces consumer perception.
* Lead key national campaigns from ideation to execution, creating scalable concepts that elevate the brand.
* Manage full marketing mix, including above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line activities, agency partnerships, and stakeholder influence.
* Oversee brand activation across digital channels to boost awareness and engagement.
* Lead cross‑functional squad across commercial finance, restaurant operations and food innovation to execute strategy.
* Build strong relationships with franchise partners for brand implementation.
* Identify revenue growth opportunities by driving relevance through core activations, limited‑time offers and value plays.
* Apply learnings from global markets to key initiatives.
* Develop new store opening and local store marketing plans for sales growth.
* Build social strategy to elevate brand relevance with target audiences.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
* Progression within FMCG, retail or food sector, with experience in brand building and commercial initiatives.
* Strong, relationship‑focused leadership and track record of inspiring cross‑functional partners.
* Experience developing marketing strategies and executing calendars across multiple markets.
* Experience managing creative process: brief writing, production, post‑production, agency relations, timelines and budgets.
* Data‑driven, big‑picture thinker who turns strategy into action.
* Flexible, change‑oriented and collaborative team player.
* Thrives in fast‑paced environments.
* Experience creating business cases, proposals and sell‑in decks for franchise partners.
* Understanding of operational complexity in restaurant or retail settings.
