Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior stakeholders, including the HR Director, UK Managing Director, and UK COO, to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and develop a team of 3 HR Business Partners, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
* Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development.
* Drive transformation and change initiatives, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
