Hexa Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial flooring contractor with a strong reputation for delivering flooring and refurbishment projects across the public and private sectors.Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator / Contracts Manager to join an established team covering projects throughout the North West.This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong background in commercial flooring who enjoys managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.The RoleWorking closely with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams, you will be responsible for surveying opportunities, preparing quotations, managing projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and client meetingsMeasure works and prepare accurate quotations and estimatesProduce take-offs and tender submissionsManage flooring projects from enquiry through to completionLiaise with clients, subcontractors and operational teamsMonitor project costs, margins and programme deliveryResolve client queries and project-related issuesAbout YouPrevious experience within the commercial flooring industry is essentialStrong estimating and surveying experienceExperience managing commercial flooring projectsGood understanding of contracts, project costs and profitabilityAbility to prepare accurate quotations and tender submissionsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsOrganised, commercially aware and self-motivatedFull UK Driving LicenceWhat's on OfferBasic salary of £45,000 - £50,000Performance-related bonus schemeCompany vehicle or car allowanceCompany pension schemeLife assuranceHealth and wellbeing programmeOngoing training and developmentThis position would suit a Commercial Flooring Estimator, Flooring Surveyor, Flooring Contracts Manager, Flooring Project Manager or Commercial Manager with experience delivering flooring installation projects within commercial environments.To apply, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
