Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Property Management business in Manchester to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor. This is a hybrid role and your time will be split between 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The salary is up to £45,000 + car allowance.
Responsibilities:
* Triage queries and carry out further investigation at sites across the North when required
* Manage, coach and motivate a team of Health and Safety Administrators
* Develop documentation, assist with the creation of newsletters and help to maintain ISO certification (45001 and 14001)
* Provide technical Health and Safety support and guidance to the Health and Safety admin team
* Interpret health and safety procedures and investigate significant incidents
* Provide Health and Safety advice to the property management department and site based teams
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (Minimum)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the Property/Facilities Management or a transferable sector
* Understand Health and Safety legislation
