Your new role
As our Senior Facade Engineer, you will be involved in project delivery from early stages through to construction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Façade system design development, specification, and testing
* Preparation of design stage reports and façade tender documentation
* Thermal modelling and condensation analysis
* Participation in façade workshops
* Contractor technical audits, tender reviews, and due diligence reviews
* Site inspections and diagnostic work
* Maintaining the high-quality façade service offering
* Assisting the UK team of engineers and technicians, and being accountable for their deliverables
* Ensuring task delivery, quality, and profitability

About you

* Degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or similar, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in façade design or engineering
* Strong knowledge of façade systems, construction techniques, procurement routes, and risk assessment
* Technical expertise in structural analysis, thermal analysis, façade materials, specifications, testing, manufacturing, and site work
* Ability to use analysis software such as Mepla, Flixo, Vitrage, ANSYS, etc.
* Excellent communication skills in English
