The successful candidate will support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with human resources functions. Duties * Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll using recognised accounting software such as Freshpay, Xero or similar systems. * Enter data accurately into payroll and accounting systems. * Support accounts payable functions related to payroll transactions. * Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for management review. * Maintain organised payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. * Collaborate with human resources to verify employee information and resolve payroll discrepancies. * Assist with year-end reporting. * Provide administrative support for tasks as required.
