I am currently recruiting for a Head of Food & Beverage to join a dynamic hospitality organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of the full F&B operation, shaping the future direction of the offering and driving service excellence.

About the Position
* Oversee the smooth running of all F&B outlets, kitchen operations, and events
* Continuously improve service standards, product quality, and cost efficiency
* Lead, train, and motivate the F&B and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service
* Manage stock levels, financial controls, revenue tracking, and departmental payroll
* Work closely with the kitchen team on menu development
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
* Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets
* Provide analysis of key business KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
* Maximise commercial opportunities, including rooftop and event revenue
The Successful Candidate
* Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role is essential
* Strong background in hospitality operations
* Excellent understanding of financial management, forecasting, and cost control
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
* A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for developing teams
* Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
