Why join? * Work on large-scale regulatory and reporting initiatives in a fast-paced finance environment * Play a key role in agile teams delivering solutions used by major capital markets firms * Collaborate with developers, product owners, and financial stakeholders on critical systems * Gain exposure to technologies like MarkLogic, XQuery, SQL, Power BI, and JIRA What you'll be doing: * Leading investigations into data and system issues linked to financial reporting and compliance * Translating findings into clear, actionable requirements for development teams * Managing JIRA boards, sprint backlogs, and Confluence documentation * Running agile ceremonies - daily scrums, planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder showcases * Supporting UAT, writing deployment instructions, and ensuring production readiness * Interfacing with business stakeholders and SMEs to ensure alignment and buy-in What you'll bring: * Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA within financial services or capital markets * Knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and related systems (e.g. trade or transaction reporting) * Comfortable working hands-on with data - using SQL or visualisation tools like Power BI * Strong agile experience including backlog management * Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, developers, and product owners in fast-moving teams Interested?
