This is a full-time, long-term position with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, helping to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You will be expected to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Support pupils' academic and personal development during this important transition year
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise attainment
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly lower KS2
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
A proactive, enthusiastic, and reflective teaching approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
