ARENA Property Agents is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning property management team.
We are a boutique agency known for our knowledge, integrity, and proven results in both Sales and Property Management. With the right support, training, and tools, we are committed to helping you build a successful and rewarding career in real estate.
Your Role Will Include
* Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations
* Conducting leasing inspections of properties
* Performing routine and entry inspections
* Managing inspection and reporting software
* Coordinating online advertising and processing tenancy applications
* Attending full on-site training to support your development
Requirements
* Current Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
* Ability to meet targets and KPIs
* Outstanding organisation and time management skills
* Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
* Reliable car and valid driver’s licence (company car can be available)
* Availability to work on Saturdays
* Ambition to build a career in the real estate industry
