Pay: £90 to £105 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a confident, energetic individual with a flair for drama, performing arts, or creative education? Do you love working with children and sparking their imagination through creativity?
We’re on the lookout for a Creative Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Banstead primary school. As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you’ll be supporting pupils in class through imaginative, engaging, and expressive approaches to learning.
What We’re Looking For
* A Teaching Assistant with a background in drama, theatre, performing arts, or a creative subject
* Previous child-related experience – whether in schools, youth groups, clubs, or creative settings
* Someone confident, articulate, and passionate about helping children thrive
* A degree in a relevant field (drama, education, child psychology, performing arts) is a huge plus
* A Teaching Assistant who can bring energy, warmth, and creativity into the classroom
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers with classroom activities, particularly in creative lessons
* Helping deliver engaging learning experiences through drama, role-play, or storytelling
* Assisting individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence
* Encouraging creativity, collaboration, and self-expression in students
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
