Location Overview: Join our Bromley office, in one of London’s greenest boroughs, with easy commuting routes and central London about 15 minutes away by train.
Role Description: This role prepares and reviews documentation in accordance with bank policies to facilitate closings with clients and ensure lien perfection. Responsibilities include handling highly complex documentation, supporting Loan Administrators, and assisting the Market Leader with workflow direction and quality assurance. The role involves working with vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure loan documentation meets bank policies and is delivered accurately and in a timely manner
* Review documents for accuracy, delivery timeliness, and necessary research to reflect correct transactional information and reduce rework
* Review loan approvals and documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency with requirements
* Design robust filing and organizational processes to support financial booking and initial loan funding
* Collaborate with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, agency management, internal/external legal counsel, and other units to ensure seamless transaction execution
What we are looking for:
* Loan Administration / Loans & Agency Documentation Experience essential
* Loan product knowledge preferable
* Loan IQ experience
* Customer and client focus
* Microsoft Excel experience is advantageous
* Data collection and entry
