What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Conduct detailed building surveys and valuations of residential properties across Greater London Limit of one survey per day to ensure accuracy and client care Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners Provide clear, supportive advice and guidance throughout the property journey Contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the business What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential surveying within London VRS registered Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred but not essential Based within the M25 with good transport links across London Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a first-class service What's In It For You?
