JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst
LOCATION: Bristol Harbourside
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About this opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join us in a contract for 6 months to support our Financial Reporting team. The work within the team is month end focused and involves completing various month end (predominantly) Insurance finance reconciliations, controls settlements and journals.
Day to day you’ll be;
* Carrying out investigative work to resolve any issues identified, which will involve aspects of data analysis that often leads to talking to a range of colleagues and providing timely and accurate responses, as well as working with different teams and business areas.
* Completing daily, weekly, and ad-hoc work to be completed involving daily reconciliations, generating ledger and source system adjustments and investigation of anomalies.

What you’ll need
* Experience with reconciliations.
* Great attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work accordingly.
* Good working knowledge of excel.
* Can communicate well (both written and verbal) with colleagues of all levels.
