The Role
* Deliver high-quality Business lessons to students across KS4 and KS5
* Inspire students to engage with business concepts and develop practical skills
* Promote the Business curriculum and offer innovative teaching strategies
* Lead on departmental initiatives with the opportunity to take on a TLR
* Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to further develop the Business department
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in Business or a related field
* PGCE/QTS
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5
* Proven leadership skills (if applying for TLR)
