Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to install and maintain all FMH conveyors range of products. Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Duravant Group whenever necessary. Train customers on the use of equipment Train customer technicians on service and maintenance of the equipment. To carry out all jobs in a safe way, ensuring adherence to Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments To complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works. Ensure compliance with all associated standards. Complete expenses reporting in accordance with the company procedures. Qualifications/Education and Person Specification (E- Essential / D- Desirable) Experience of working in a Field Service role D Experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation E Ability to travel both nationally and internationally E Excellent communication skills and at all levels E Adhere to the company appearance code as per the Employee Handbook E Open to learning new skills and able to ask for help E Full driving licence E A good command of English both written and verbal E Good level of mechanical fitting skills E Good level of electrical engineering skills E Basic level of controls systems and PLC’s D Basic level of welding skill D Apprenticeship in Engineering D Training in site safety D Forklift licence D MEWP Licence D Additional Information The role can be physically demanding with heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing and being on your feet for a good proportion of the day.
