Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine care for customers.

\

About the Role:

\

This role involves leading a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and supervision, and deputising for the Store Manager as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering great customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring that the store remains safe and fully operational.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\

1. Friendly and thoughtful service – giving welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day
\
2. Developing your team's capabilities through coaching and training
\
3. Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for customers
\
4. Supporting your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
\
5. Leading the way when introducing new products and services in your store
\
6. Building relationships and getting involved in your local community
\
7. Fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected
\
8. Making sure the store remains safe, legal and fully operational
\
\
9. A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
\
10. The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor
\
11. Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
\
12. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
\
13. A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership skills
\
14. The flexibility to work a range of different shifts
\
