We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Controller to join our close‑knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coordinating work across multiple suppliers, and takes pride in keeping operations compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Service Scheduling: Create and manage service schedules and planners across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards
* Work Coordination: Book, schedule, and plan work with a wide network of suppliers to maintain efficient operations
* Job Management: Chase updates, document progress, and keep internal systems updated with accurate notes
* Quality Assurance: Review inspection and service sheets to ensure vehicles meet compliance requirements before returning to service.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach
* Ability to work well within a team while managing tasks independently
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of workload
* Confident IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office and Excel
