Douglas Park BMW Glasgow is looking for a Business Manager.
Your role
The right person will be required:
* To facilitate the sale of finance for customers.
* To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their needs and requirements and also to undertake the Demands and Needs Statement.
* Achieve Park’s business plan objectives.
* Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly.
* Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
* Manages customer problems, complaints and difficult situations in relation to insurance and finance products, consequently resolving the issue to mutual satisfaction of the customer and Park’s Motor Group.
* Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
* Continually observing for instances of financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud).
* Ensure that all relevant training is carried out.
* Report to Sales Managers and the Head of Business.
