Tyrone Hours: MonThu 7:30am4:30pm | Fri 7:30am2:00pm Park Recruit are recruiting on behalf of a well established engineering and manufacturing business based in Co Tyrone, for an experienced Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be required to provide day-to-day administrative, documentation and procurement support across multiple departments. It is a key position in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate records and effective communication throughout the business. Responsibilities General office administration: filing, scanning, document control and record management Reception duties including answering calls and managing visitors Supporting new employee onboarding and internal coordination Assisting with meetings, calendars, travel and office coordination Creating and maintaining project documentation, including O&M manuals Supporting document revision control and project handover packs Assisting procurement with supplier records, stock monitoring and reorders Supporting stock takes and liaising with warehouse and supply chain teams Requirements 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role (Experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical environments is advantageous).
