Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator in West Drayton for a family run, independent Estate Agency.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a full understanding of the sales process. You will have the opportunity to be trained in valuing.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
* Basic £23,000 - £25,000
* OTE £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu

Responsibilities:
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Opportunity to train in valuing
* Generating and conducting viewings
* Canvassing to bring on new properties
* Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
* Preparing sales brochures
* Developing relationships
* Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
* Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Full understanding of the sales process
* High level of customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ambitious with the drive to succeed
* The desire to work well in a team
* Excellent telephone manner
* Well-presented and self-motivated
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
