How you’ll make a difference
This role serves as a technical Service SME within the team responsible for the technical integration of specified services, providing second-level support, and deputising for the Senior Service Operations Manager. It acts as a bridge between business delivery and technical solutions, ensuring collaboration aligns with business rhythms and technology readiness.
