Role Overview:
Seeking an R&D Technician to join a vibrant team with scientific backgrounds. The role involves laboratory testing, development of medical devices, and analytical methods.
Responsibilities:
* Perform testing according to established methods.
* Accurately record data and maintain documentation following Good Laboratory Practices.
* Manage testing programs and ensure compliance with protocols.
* Maintain and handle materials and equipment properly.
* Ensure stock of materials, chemicals, and equipment.
* Develop new test methods and support testing of other materials and products.
* Follow health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Document and report test results.
* Train staff as needed.
* Support other departments and attend meetings.
* Maintain communication between departments and keep training records updated.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of project work, deadlines, and product development procedures.
* Understanding of GMP/ISO13485/EN4600/FDA quality systems.
* Understanding of test procedures.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Educated to A-level in science or engineering or equivalent.
* Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
* Familiarity with PC systems and software.
* Ability to analyze test results and report findings.
