TEMP TO PERM ROLE We are a provider of heat treatment and thermal processing, based in Hereford. We are recruiting for GENERAL OPERATIVE'S. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift. Duties Include: Machine setting and operation Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment Supporting preventative maintenance activities Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise Benefits: Permanent Position after successful trial period Training and development Overtime available at Time and a Half Shifts: 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
